RecoverMe is an app to help people who have a Gambling Addiction. It was designed with the help of psychologists, psychiatrists, and people with lived experience of Gambling Addiction.
The app uses a large variety of techniques to help manage your urges, so that you can find what works best for you and take back control of your life. There are six easy-to-follow cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) sessions to empower you to overcome a Gambling Addiction, along with a diary and other support links. RecoverMe works around you and you are free to go through the programme at your own pace.
