The Care Quality Commission (CQC) has carried out a two day assessment of Reframe Coaching’s services, this formed part of work agreed between CQC and the Gambling Commission under Schedule 4, paragraph 9 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, which allows CQC to provide advice and assistance to other public bodies.
The assessment, which took place between the 19th and 20th of February 2026, covered 5 key strands: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
People who use Reframe Coaching’s services described us as ‘supportive’, ‘professional’ and ‘a life saver’.
One service user told the assessors: ‘I’m incredibly grateful to Reframe Coaching for helping me rediscover myself and my purpose during a difficult time’.
