In partnership Reframe Coaching and Switchboard is growing Recover
with Pride, an LGBTQ+ affirming gambling harm support service, and we’re
looking for people from within our communities to join us as freelance or
volunteer Recovery Coaches.
This is a unique opportunity to support Recover with
Pride — a service built on dignity, autonomy, and lived experience, created
by and for LGBTQ+ people.
About the Role
As a Recovery Coach with Reframe Coaching, you will provide
gambling harm support to LGBTQ+ clients through the Recover with Pride
project. You will be part of Reframe Coaching’s wider coaching team; while
contributing to a specialist, identity-affirming service developed in
collaboration with Switchboard.

- You are an experienced Recovery Coach* or bring strong transferable skills from Peer work.
- You would like to work (paid/voluntary) on a sessional basis.
- You believe in supporting individuals based on their needs.
- A member of the LGBTQ+ community with lived experience of gambling harms.
- An Affected Other of an LGBTQ+ person who has experienced gambling harms.
*We currently have an opportunity to support individuals with lived experience of a Gambling Addiction or Gambling Related Harm, to train to become a Recovery Coach.
